RESUMO: Este breve texto pretende refletir sobre o atual estado da arte no que concerne a efetiva promoção e proteção dos direitos humanos dos direitos fundamentais, com destaque para os direitos sociais, no contexto das boas práticas da Responsabilidade Social, bem como sobre o desafio posto pela eficácia de tais direitos na esfera das relações entre particulares.
